The goods

Loomora sells woven and tufted floor coverings, including area rugs, runners, doormats and custom-cut carpet goods, manufactured from natural fibers (wool, jute, cotton, silk-blend) and synthetic fibers (polypropylene, polyester, viscose blends), together with associated accessories such as rug pads, underlays and edge-binding tape. Each product page states what is included, the size, and the weave. Photos serve as illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm it by email; the contract forms when we dispatch the rug. We may decline an order if stock runs out or details cannot be confirmed, and we refund any payment made.

Prices and payment

Prices appear in CAD and include VAT where it applies. Delivery cost shows at checkout, before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may fix an obvious pricing error before dispatch and ask you to confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Product photos show the rugs we ship. Screen colors shift with calibration, browser, and room light; a small shade difference is not a flaw and is not grounds for a free return or compensation. Size, material, and contents appear on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We hold responsibility for the rug until the courier delivers it to you, or to the person named at your address. From that point, the risk of loss or damage is yours. Note any visible transport damage with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return a rug within 30 days of delivery, as the Returns page describes. Loomora warrants that every rug is free from material manufacturing defects, including irregular weave, dye inconsistency beyond the disclosed pattern, and premature fiber shedding, for a period consistent with the applicable provincial consumer protection legislation in Canada. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at Loomora's discretion following inspection.

• Rugs custom-cut to a customer-specified size or shape
• Clearance or final-sale rugs explicitly marked as non-cancellable at checkout
• Rugs with removed manufacturer hygiene or fiber-content labels required for resale under the Textile Labelling Act
• Rug pads or underlays that have been unpacked and fitted beneath a rug, becoming inseparably mixed with installed flooring
• Digital design proofs or custom pattern renderings unsealed or approved by the consumer prior to production

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, Loomora Home Textiles Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a rug is limited to the total amount paid for that order, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable provincial consumer protection statutes. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Use rugs as described on the label; they carry no medical purpose.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial consumer protection legislation of the province in which the customer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that province. We try to settle disputes through direct conversation first. If that fails, the matter goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without limiting consumer rights in your country of residence.
