Loomora ships handcrafted and machine-woven rugs to residential and commercial addresses across Canada using carriers experienced in handling rolled textile goods. Every order is inspected for weave integrity and dimensional accuracy before it leaves our fulfillment center in order to minimize transit-related distortion or moisture exposure.

Timeframes count business days from dispatch. Remote areas can add 1 to 2 days.
Order processing
Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. A confirmation email with the order number follows as soon as the order is placed.
Each rug is professionally rolled pile-side inward around a rigid cardboard or plastic core to prevent creasing, then sealed in a moisture-resistant polyethylene sleeve and wrapped in corrugated cardboard with reinforced edge protectors at both ends. Larger or premium wool and silk-blend rugs receive an additional layer of padded impact wrap and are secured with tamper-evident tape so any unauthorized opening in transit is immediately visible upon delivery.
Tracking your parcel
Once your rug order is dispatched, an automated tracking number is generated and sent to the email address and, where provided, the mobile number on file, allowing you to monitor transit status in real time through the carrier's tracking portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the sealed exterior packaging and the rug itself immediately upon receipt before unrolling it further. Do not discard the original cardboard core, plastic sleeve or protective wrap. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Our team will issue a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement rug at no additional cost once the transit damage claim is verified.
Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.
Delivery outside Canada
We deliver to select countries. Shipping cost and delivery time appear at checkout, before you pay. Any import duties are the recipient's to pay.
