What we collect
When you order a rug, we gather what delivery requires: name, address, email, phone, and the order details. We do not collect or hold card data on this site. When you browse, the site records technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through cookies described below.

- Transaction and purchase history including rug size, material and order value
- Technical telemetry and device diagnostics (IP address, browser type) collected during storefront browsing
- Customer support communications relating to delivery, sizing or return inquiries
Why we use it
- To process orders, deliver rugs, and handle returns.
- To answer questions and send order updates.

Who sees this data
Couriers receive delivery details. The payment provider receives what it needs to process payment. Hosting and analytics providers process data for us, under contract. We never sell personal data.
Loomora does not sell, rent or trade customer personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. Personal information collected in connection with rug orders is used solely to fulfill, ship and support those orders, consistent with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
How long we hold it
Order data stays as long as accounting law requires, then is deleted. Account data stays until you close your account. Analytics data stays for 14 months.
Your rights
As a Canadian retailer, Loomora processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may request a portable copy of their data, by contacting [email protected].
Security
Loomora does not collect, store or process any bank card or payment card data of any kind. Checkout is limited exclusively to Cash on Delivery, paid directly to the courier upon receipt with no surcharge, and Direct Bank Transfer, with account details supplied in the order confirmation email, so no cardholder data ever passes through our systems.
