   How do I know which rug size fits my room?

   We list width and length in inches on every product page. As a general rule, leave a small border of floor showing around the rug edge.

   How is my rug delivered?

   Your rug is rolled, wrapped, and boxed at our workshop, then handed to a courier with tracking. Delivery timing and cost are listed on our delivery page.

   Can I return a rug if it does not suit my room?

   Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused rug in its original packaging.

   Is the wool really pure, not a blend?

   Yes. We list the fiber content for every rug, and it is pure wool pile with a cotton warp, not a synthetic blend.
